Make & Take Mondays Imagine, create, and Participate! Each Monday from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm Teens and Tweens can participate in a variety of hands-on activities that include making fun, seasonal crafts and exploring STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities. This is a FREE drop - in event for Teens and Tweens in Grades 5 to 12, registration is NOT
required.

Middle School Book Clubs Library book clubs are open to teens in grades 6 to 8. Each club meets once a month from 2 pm to 3pm at school. Books, snacks and book-related activities provided. Teen & Tween Advisory Board Meeting Food! Fun! And most importantly a voice! Join the Library’s Teen and Tween Advisory Board and provide input for our programs with the young adult librarian. For teens and tweens in grades 6 to 10 who live in Westford have a parent who is a member of the Friends of the Library. The meeting(s) will be held in the Children’s Story Hour Room. This is a free, drop-in event. Registration not required.

to find the right college essay topic? Join us to brainstorm ideas! Journalist Joyce Pellino Crane will use sample essays to show you how to begin and organize your story. She will discuss how to create curiosity to keep the reader interested, how to move the story forward to demonstrate emotional growth, and how to end it on a serendipitous note.
