Hikes Through History with Alison O’Leary – Thursday 6/16 at 7:00 p.m. in the downstairs Meeting Room. Ever wandered through the woods and wondered who was there before you? Many Massachusetts parks and trails are in historical sites. Author Alison O’Leary, award-winning journalist and coauthor of the AMC’s new guide Best Day Hikes Near Boston, will share her favorites.  Using maps and historic photos, she describes several Massachusetts day trip destinations with historical significance and interesting features.
