How it Works:
Children will set weekly, individual reading goals with their caregiver. Reading goals will vary from child to child and can change from week to week. Children who are read to can also participate!
We will be using a Google Form for registration and for your weekly reading logs.
And remember: Audio Books count as reading!
How to Sign Up

This year, we will be giving all 7 charms at once. YAY!
Charms can be picked up at any of our summer programs, as well as at the Friends of the Library’s table at the Farmer’s Market.
Two names will be chosen each week at random from the Google Form, and the children chosen will win our weekly prize! Please make sure to select each week which prize and grand prize you hope to win.

Summer Programs
Most of our programs are outdoor events (check the Summer Programs page for details).
If it rains, the program will take place in the cafeteria of Nabnasset School. Please register for events where asked so that we know how many people will be in attendance– and so that we can send you a reminder email!

Logging Your Reading
We will be using a Google form to record your summer reading.
Fill out a reading log and submit it once a week. You can go back in and edit this entry if you read more after submitting. It is entirely up to you how much you read in a week – you set your own goals – but make sure to have fun!
The first week to log reading starts June 23, 2025 and the link to the Google Form will become active on that date.
Make sure to always select the raffle you want to enter on the reading log form. On MONDAY after the close of each week, we will randomly select a name to win one of our weekly prizes. The winner will be notified by the guardian’s email, as well as posted on the table below.

We will have two raffles each week (which means two winners each week!). Winners will be randomly selected from the completed Google Forms each week. Please make sure to tell us which raffle you want to enter each week.
