There are two types of collections, Hoopla Instant (instantly borrow up to 6 titles per month, this limit was decreased due to increasing costs) and Hoopla Flex which includes bestsellers not available in the Hoopla Instant collection (borrow up to 5 titles per month).
Please note – Through the end of the fiscal year (June 30, 2026) there are daily budget limits set on our Hoopla instant collections. This will not affect the Hoopla flex collection.
