This page lists special program offerings from February through April. Many of these programs have been made possible by COVID funding secured by Senator Edward J. Kennedy, First Middlesex District as well as generous funding from the Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library.

Mini Chocolate Box Sculpture

Live, Virtual – Tuesday, February 16 at 2:30 and 4 PM

Teens and tweens in grades 5 and up are invited to sign up to make a cute miniature chocolate box filled with clay bonbons. Pop Up Art school will teach a pinching technique to make the box and roll small balls of clay to make the animal bonbons. After the class, the library will send you a video from Pop Up Art School that shows you how to paint your miniature chocolate box after it dries.

Please register for ONE of the two program time slots. Registrants need to come to the library to pick up the supply kit before the program (you can do that using our curbside service).
