Plant a seed read

We are excited to announce our 2026 Summer Reading theme: Plant a Seed, Read! Please download our 2026 Children’s Summer Reading brochure to read about our fun summer programs, prizes, and more!

Register below for our 2026 Summer Reading for Kids (ages 0 though 10)! Our summer reading program runs through August 17th.

How it Works: Children will create their own individual reading goal(s) with their parent/caregiver. Feel free to include titles from the Westford School Reading List or the recently announced MCBA 2027 nominees within your reading goal(s). Children who are read to can also participate! Audio books count too! Be sure to look at e-audiobooks on Hoopla and Libby using your J.V. Fletcher library card.

Our Summer Reading Program is sponsored by the Friends of the J. V. Fletcher Library, Inc. and is for Westford residents and non-resident members of the Friends.
