There are two types of collections, Hoopla Instant (instantly borrow up to 7 titles per month, please note this number decreased from 10 to 7 on 4/2/26 due to increasing costs) and Hoopla Flex which includes bestsellers not available in the Hoopla Instant collection (borrow up to 5 titles per month).
