NOTE: Book Clubs for Kids – Registration moved up
FOR THIS YEAR ONLY – we are opening registration in August because book clubs will meet in September, October, and November. Registration for the next session of book clubs opens up on Monday, August 26, 2024. Book clubs meet IN PERSON in the large Meeting Room from 4 to 4:45 PM starting the first week in September. This is because we will be preparing for our move out of the building starting in Novmber.
All book clubs meet IN PERSON in the large Meeting Room from 4 to 4:45 PM.
We offer several book clubs for children in grades Kindergarten through grade five. The book selections for each grade will be available in the children’s room for pickup prior to the club meeting. Kids can read the book themselves or have someone read it to them. We have a fun discussion, play games, and maybe create crafts.
Our book clubs include Fiction book clubs for grades K through 5, an Art book club for grades 3 and 4, and a Graphic Novel book club for grades 4 and 5.
Registration signs your child up for all three meetings of the book club. Please sign up only if you can commit to attend all three sessions.
Please use the links below to register your child for the grade in which they are currently enrolled. Book clubs are open to Westford residents and non-resident FAMILY level Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library.

| 4th & 5th Grade meets on the first Wednesday of the month 9/4, 10/2, and 11/6. | |
| Art Club for Grades 3 & 4 meets on the first Thursday of the month 9/5, 10/3, and 11/7. | |
| Graphic Novel Club for Grades 4 & 5 meets on the second Thursday of the month on 9/12, 10/10, and 11/14. |
For older kids, you can register for the Sweet Reads Book Club (Grade 6 and up), or the Young Adult Book Club (Grade 9 and up).
