Summer Reading Kickoff with Magician Mike Bent

Wednesday, June 26 at 11 AM

Our Summer Reading Program kicks off with our favorite magician Mike Bent. This book-themed show uses hilarious comedy, amazing magic, games, music, sound effects, AND storytelling to motivate kids to get reading. This drop-in program is best for kids ages 4 and up and is generously funded by the Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library.

Monday, July 1 – four sessions at 2 PM, 2:30 PM, 3 PM, and 3:30 PM

Sign up for one of four half-hour time slots to explore the captivating world of these majestic creatures. Not only will you see, touch, and feel whale artifacts; you actually get to go inside the whale. Please sign up for one time slot. This program is strictly for kids in grade 1 and up and they must be accompanied by an adult.

This Brooklyn-based band will be in Massachusetts rocking out with out with us on the outdoor stage (inside if it rains). These guys are a GREAT time. This family program is for all ages and is generously funded by the Friends of the J. V. Fletcher Library.
